Coupon Redemption Policy Statement

YOUR REDMPTION OF OUR COUPONS INDICATES YOUR ACCEPTANCE AND COMPLIANCE WITH THIS REDEMPTION POLICY (THE “AGREEMENT). NOTWITHSTANDING ANY COURSE OF DEALINGS BETWEEN US, NO PURCHASE ORDER, INVOICE, RETAILER-POLICY OR SIMILAR DOCUMENT SHALL BE CONSTRUED TO MODIFY ANY OF THE ITEMS OF THIS AGREEMENT.

1. Coupons are redeemable only by a consumer purchasing the brand, quantity and size(s) indicated on the coupon, prior to coupon expiration date, with the face value of the coupon deducted from your retail selling price. Coupons that do not appear to be redeemed by a consumer will not be honored.
2. Coupons may not be reproduced, photocopied, mass cut or altered in any way.
3. Coupons are nonassignable and are void if transferred from their original recipient to any other person, firm, or group prior to redemption.
4. Coupons are void and will not be honored by Del Laboratories, Inc. if taxed, regulated, licensed, or prohibited by law.
5. Coupon reimbursements MAY NOT be deducted from Del Laboratories, Inc. invoices.
6. The consumer must pay any applicable sales tax.
7. There is a limit of one coupon of any type per purchase of the product and size(s) indicated.
8. Coupons are only redeemable by authorized dealers located in the U.S.A., Including military bases.
9. Del Laboratories, Inc. will accept properly redeemed and identified coupons directly from redeeming retail distributors of our merchandise or through a retailer clearinghouse. Coupon submissions from unauthorized intermediary agents will not be accepted.
10. All applicable IRS reporting requirements, including obtaining an appropriate taxpayer identification number, must be complied with.
11. You will be reimbursed for the face value of coupons or if the coupon calls for free merchandise, for the retail selling price (up to the stated cap amount), plus $.08 for handling each coupon, provided you and your customer have complied with the terms of the coupon.
12. Del Laboratories, Inc. will not reimburse for additional discounts given beyond the face value by the retailer allowing, for example, doubling of manufacturing coupons.
13. Retailers may be required to present to Del Laboratories, Inc. upon request invoices showing purchases of sufficient stock to justify the redemption of coupons submitted for payment. Postage and any cost associated with this request remains the responsibility of the retailer.
14. The cash redemption value of each coupon is 1/20 of one cent.
15. It is fraud to present coupons for redemption other than as provided by this Redemption Policy.
16. Reasonable transportation. Retailers who sort and submit directly will be reimbursed for reasonable postage indicated on the package received. Retailers using a retailer clearinghouse or billing agent will be reimbursed at a per thousand rate of $5.00.
17. Failure to observe these terms and conditions for proper redemption may at the sole option of Del Laboratories, Inc. void all coupons submitted for reimbursements. All improperly redeemed coupons may be retained as property of Del Laboratories, Inc. without payment.
